'Adam, Enough Said' was the best one in the series to date. The anger, the angst and the passion all sucked me in that I read it in one sitting. At some points I got so frustrated with the lack of communication that I considered doing harm to my kindle!
I LOVED MIA, as a heroine she was....
The things Adam put her through!! I wanted to kill him at some points, he was lovable, loving, tender, protective and at the same time a complete ass! He did some things that had me wanting to pull my hair out, too bad Mia and I loved him so...
He always did and said the wrong thing, but somehow managed to make up for it after the fact. How he pulled it off, I had no idea. Maybe it was that stupid baby face, or his smooth, deep voice, or his piercing green eyes. Why he never said or did the right thing to begin with, I’d never know.
The road to HEA for these two wasn't an easy one, but it was a journey I enjoyed taking with them.

Let me tell that not only did it get me out of my reading funk but was exceptional!
REVEALING US picks up right where Being Me left off, Chris and Sara make the decision to work on their relationship in Paris and try and find Ella. This book is more focused on Chris and Sara’s mental aspect of the relationship rather then the sexual one, although there is plenty of action still.
If I had loved Chris and Sara before, now I LOVE THEM. Chris’ love for Sara shines through in this one, his need to protect even from himself is swoon worthy. NOW FOR SARA I have complete respect, SHE IS SO STRONG IN REVEALING US and does not let anything stand in her and Chris’ path to a stable relationship. She is his ROCK, she has her moments of doubt but given everything they go through, who wouldn’t!! I best loved how she put certain ladies in their place!
I know if I keep going, I’ll give many things away… I will say that this book’s combination of angst, romance and suspense is brilliant.
If you haven’t read this series, you totally should, Lisa Renee Jones is one of the most talented authors out there.

YUP as soon as I knew the creator of the one and only Gideon Cross has a new book coming out, I had no doubt that I'll be reading it as soon as it comes out!!
Let me tell you that IT’S SHORT, LIGHT AND EXTREMELY SEXY WITH LOTS OF SHEETS BEING CLAWED!
We have the story of Gia and Jax told in two novellas, Gia never really got over Jax whom she knew in college, loved deeply but he ended up breaking her heart. We meet her a few years after they depart ways and she is a stronger, more ambitious, a different woman from the one Jax knew before.
I loved how Jax pursued Gia and the delicious little game they had going on, in business and in the bedroom. The reader can see that they are both still very much in love with each other!
Afterburn is continued in Aftershock coming out in November but does not end in a cliffhanger, I actually thought the ending was perfect- leaves you wanting to know what comes next without being left in despair.
I cannot wait to see what Gia has in store for Jax in Aftershock.

I had the honor of receiving an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review. Forbidden Surrender is a novella and the first book in a series. I really enjoyed it, enjoyed reading the interaction between the two main characters, Vincent and Kristen.This novella has the same basic premise we have seen before, a billionaire who sees a woman he wants and pursues her relentlessly. The difference is that our billionaire doesn’t seem to have a tortured past, none we have glimpsed yet, also he doesn’t come across as stalkerish or creepy.
I also enjoyed that they also they do have a sexual attraction, there is no insta-love. I will not give much away except that I am looking forward to more installments and it does NOT END in a cliffhanger, woooohoooo.
I BOUGHT THE BOOK, INHALED IT AND LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF READING IT!!Before I start my review, I will let Mr Jonathan Drazen himself describe what Resist and Mr Drazen did to me while I was reading :
This series has easily become one of my favorite. I’m completely hooked, love the interaction between the two main characters, their chemistry, banter and sizzling sex scenes!!
In Resist, book 6 and second last book of the series, we finally see Jonathan bared and open, we know everything there is to know. Enjoyed how Monica tries to protect her man, see her little insecurities and normal human reactions but how quickly she overcomes those insecurities. She is one strong heroine, completely love her, love her strength and how she doesn’t come across as whiny and annoying!
“My name is Monica. I sing like an angel and roar like a lion. I am the owner and ruler of my mind. I keep my own counsel. I decide how I feel. I answer to no one.”
Jonathan was an ass and yet I loved him utterly! The lengths he’ll go to protect Monica and his love for her, as well as his need to keep her in his life are so heartwarming! I LOVE YOU JONATHAN!
Unfortunately these two cannot catch a break, and boy does this book end in a cliffhanger that has you cursing like a sailor! October and the last book cannot come soon enough! HAVING SAID THAT, I WOULD BE SO SAD TO SEE THE END!!.... EVERYONE SHOULD READ THIS SERIES, TRULY A PLEASURE !

5 pleasantly surprised stars!!I started this book knowing it has the same premise as many books around, a tortured hero meeting our heroine who hasn't had it easy herself. I thought to myself it will be a way to pass the time, but WOAH was I impressed! It is such a delight to read, yes the same premise but with a fresh take. Ms Laurelin Paige CAN WRITE and spin a tale to keep you enthralled!
Loved reading the heroine's thoughts, did not feel overly dramatic, whiny or annoying! Alyana's actions didn't have me wanting to bang my head against the wall and tell the hero to dump her whiny ass!
We do not have the hero's POV but we get to know Hudson so clearly through Alyana's eyes, that I loved.
I REALLY TRULY ENJOYED THIS! WELL DONE MS PAIGE!!

I have to say it takes an amazing writer to make someone like Jared so appealing, his behaviour towards Tate regardless of the reasons was WRONG and CRUELTATE IS ONE OF THE MOST APPEALING FEMALE BOOK CHARACTERS I'VE COME ACROSS except when dealing with her so-called best friend, I would not have been as understanding and forgiving as Tate was!!! She survived, kicked ass and got her HEA yay
